At Sabal Palms Recovery Center, we work together to provide effective and compassionate residential addiction treatment for adults age 18 and older. Every client who receives care at our treatment center completes a thorough evaluation that gives us insight into their background, symptoms, and needs. Based on the information we gather during the evaluation, our team designs a personalized treatment plan for each client we serve. We provide care for adults who are struggling with addictions to substances, including: 

• Alcohol  
• Methamphetamines 
• Benzodiazepines  
• Opioids such as fentanyl, heroin, and prescription painkillers 

Additionally, we treat adults who have primary substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns such as: 

• Anxiety  
• Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)  
• Bipolar disorder  
• Psychosis  
• Self-injury  
• Depression  
• Suicidal ideation  

At our residential addiction treatment center, we provide evidence-based therapies and effective services that can help our clients experience life-changing improvements. For clients who arrive at our treatment center with harmful substances in their bodies, we offer a medical detox program that typically lasts five to seven days.  

Once a client has completed the detox program, they can move to our residential program, which typically lasts 21-30 days. During this time, clients can participate in individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Additionally, they can receive medication management services and medical care from our expert medical team. Our goal is to help our clients develop new skills and lay a foundation for ongoing recovery.

Upon admission to our residential treatment center, each client completes a comprehensive evaluation that helps us determine their needs. Based on the information we gather from your evaluation, we will recommend a tailored combination of therapies and services that we believe will best help you. Throughout your time in treatment at Sabal Palms Recovery Center, our team will monitor your progress and work with you every step of the way. 

As you participate in our programming, you’ll reside in dorm-style lodging that is tucked into oak woods in Brooksville, Florida. In addition to evidence-based treatment, you can benefit from the serene setting of our campus, including nature trails, a small lake, a nearby river and spring, and designated areas for horseshoes, volleyball, tennis, and basketball.  

As you near the completion of your time in our residential program, we will prepare you to return to your home and community by designing an aftercare plan for you. This plan may include referrals for outpatient services and community resources that can help you continue to progress in your recovery journey.
